We built Intelliverses for founders who trust us with sensitive business information. This policy explains how we handle that responsibility.

1. Introduction

Intelliverses ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered business assistant platform at intelliverses.com and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using Intelliverses, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the platform, and limited technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

  • Account details: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), company or business name, and profile preferences.
  • Business content: documents, emails, notes, tasks, and other materials you upload or connect through integrations.
  • Usage data: feature usage, session activity, error logs, and performance metrics to improve reliability.
  • Billing data: subscription plan, payment status, and transaction references processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications: messages you send to our support team or through contact forms.
  • Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and cookies required for authentication and security.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to deliver, maintain, and improve Intelliverses. We do not sell your personal data.

  • Provide AI workers, search, task management, and other core product features.
  • Train context within your account so responses reflect your business, not other customers.
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud, enforce rate limits, and protect against abuse.
  • Process subscriptions, send billing receipts, and manage your plan.
  • Send service announcements, security alerts, and optional product updates you opt into.
  • Analyze aggregated, de-identified usage to improve performance and user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to valid requests from authorities.

4. AI processing and your business data

Intelliverses processes your uploaded and connected content to answer questions, draft communications, and automate tasks on your behalf. AI outputs are generated for your account based on the data you choose to connect.

We do not use your private business documents to train public foundation models shared across unrelated customers. Your workspace data is isolated by account and protected with access controls.

You can delete documents, disconnect integrations, or export your data at any time from your dashboard settings.

5. When we share information

We share information only when necessary to run the service, with your direction, or when required by law.

  • Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing partners bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Integration partners: when you connect third-party services such as email or document providers, data flows according to your authorization.
  • Legal requirements: when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or investigate misuse.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain account and business data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward so you can reactivate or export information.

When you delete your account, we begin removing personal data from active systems. Backups may retain data for a limited period before automatic deletion.

We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you for analytics and product improvement.

7. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, rate limiting, and regular security reviews.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at security@intelliverses.com.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data.

  • Update profile and privacy preferences in Dashboard → Settings → Privacy.
  • Request account deletion by contacting contact@intelliverses.com.
  • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or in-app settings.
  • Manage cookies through your browser; essential cookies are required for login.

9. International transfers

Intelliverses may process data in countries other than where you live. When we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where applicable.

10. Children

Intelliverses is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the last updated date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
